1. Dust removal inlet system of melting furnace

The air intake system includes air inlets, inlet throttles, wind deflectors, air deflectors, distribution screens, etc. Dust-containing air flows into each bag room through the conveying pipe, the wind speed is reduced, and most of the dust directly falls into the ash hopper, reducing the filter bag. The dust that has not been collected together with the flue gas passes through the air deflector through the distribution screen and enters the bag chamber, filling the entire space. The wind deflector and the distribution screen ensure that the dust-containing air flow and the dust-cleaning air flow are upwardly flowing in the direction of the filter bag . If the owner requires the equipment to be manufactured in-line cleaning, this airflow movement direction can greatly reduce the secondary fly ash during cleaning.

2.Smelting furnace dust removal and ash filtering system

Including filter bags, bag cages, flower plates, etc., each filter bag is sleeved on a bag cage, in order to prevent the cloth bag from being crushed. The sensors that detect the differential pressure at both ends of the dust collector are fixed at the outlet and inlet of the air pipe, and control the dust removal cycle of the dust collector according to the differential pressure signal detected by the differential pressure meter.
