It can increase the power to the normal process power and start the formal forging operation.

4) During the loading process, the billet should be placed correctly. Any billet with large burrs or large deformation must be processed before it can be loaded into the furnace, and the charging method should be emphasized.

5) There should not be two kinds of blanks in front of the furnace and on the workbench. The furnace front worker must sort the remaining blanks heated before work into the bin, specify the specifications and status of the blanks, and the red materials in the furnace should be forged. Finish.

In the induction heating furnace under the conditions of material inlet temperature, material characteristics, production line speed and other factors, the material outlet temperature depends on the output power of the control system.
