The operation mode of 2020 new medium frequency induction furnace is divided into two modes: internal/external operation: internal operation is mainly used for maintenance and debugging equipment. Therefore, only the external operation mode is described as follows:

 A. Start the medium frequency induction furnace power supply mode:

 a: Send the control power, and the work transfer switch to the external operation mode.

 b: The fault indicator is on, press the [Reset] button.

 c: Press the [Main Circuit Pass] button and the [Main Circuit Pass] indicator lights.

 d: Press the [Power] button and wait a few seconds.

  If the power supply starts successfully, the [Startup Success] indicator lights up, and the corresponding tables have corresponding indications.

  If the power supply starts unsuccessfully, the [Startup Failure] indicator lights up.

  g: If the power supply starts successfully, adjust the [power adjustment potentiometer] to adjust the voltage to the appropriate voltage value.

  If the power supply starts unsuccessfully, re-operate as follows, first [reset], then [power] until the power supply starts successfully. If multiple starts are unsuccessful, the maintenance technician should be notified.

 B: Medium frequency induction furnace shutdown operation mode

The shutdown operation of the inverter is very simple. Just turn the power adjustment potentiometer down appropriately, then press the [Reset] button to stop the inverter. The [Start Vibration Successful] indicator is off, then press [Main Circuit Break] When the button is pressed, the [Main Circuit Pass] indicator is off and the corresponding [Fault Protection] indicator is on. Finally, the control power switch of the door 1 can be disconnected.
