1. Basic structure diagram and working mode of induction heating furnace body: (Basic structure is shown in the figure above) Two 500kw furnaces are installed side by side on the capacitors. The load sensors operate independently and can work at the same time or separately. When working at the same time, they staggered a time beat between them, alternate feeding, and the tires flow out.

The cooling water pipe is connected by a quick-change joint, and the various valves used in the system are stainless steel valves or copper valves;

The connection between the inductor and the capacitor bank busbar is bolted, and the connection is firm and reliable;

The front and rear panels of the inductor are made of 8mm thick copper plate and must be cooled by water; the other outer wall panels of the inductor are made of epoxy resin, and the thickness is not less than 10mm;

The device is made of T2 oxygen-free cold-drawn copper tube of Luoyang Copper Material Factory. After winding, it must be subjected to pickling, mica tape and glass fiber band wrapping, dipping paint and other processing procedures to ensure good insulation and pressure rating (to ground) 5000V. the above;

The normal service life of the coil is ≥ 8 years or more;

The induction coil cooling water uses open back water.     

4. Furnace lining and guide rail: The lining of the induction coil is lining with silicon carbide furnace, and the life of the furnace lining can reach more than 600 hours under normal use. Each sensor is equipped with a separate water-cooled guide rail, and the surface of the guide rail must be sprayed with a layer of tungsten-cobalt alloy;

5. Induction heating furnace capacitor cabinet: a fixed ceramic base is used between the capacitor cabinet and the capacitor, and the secondary insulation is installed. The channel copper strip is made of 120 × δ mm copper plate, and the two copper bars are made of mica paper. Insulate and add water to the cold copper tube. The cooling water hose is made of pressure-resistant plastic hose. All cooling system water pipes are made of stainless steel. The capacitor is equipped with an overheat protection system. The capacitor holder has enough margin to increase the capacitor position in the future, and the capacitor adopts closed cooling mode and water temperature protection;
