    According to the characteristics of medium frequency induction heating and the experience in practical applications, such workpieces are generally heated.

It is divided into two stages ---- first low frequency heating, and then high frequency insulation. Such scientific and rational use of equipment not only ensures the process requirements of the workpiece, but also utilizes energy efficiently and improves production efficiency.

The workpiece drive consists of a three-stage drive. That is, the feeding drive, the heating drive and the quick-lift drive, the transmission device is composed of an electrode, a reducer, a chain, a sprocket and the like.

, the roller structure is in four forms

2.1 The  discharge section is a double-supported long roller. The workpiece is easy to move laterally when the workpiece center and the coil spring machine clamping position may be different when the material is discharged.

2.2 The feeding end adopts the double-supported steel wheel structure, which mainly considers the impact of the workpiece on the roller during feeding to ensure better stability and service life.

2.3 The first sensor inlet and the sensor are cantilevered. Its purpose is to prevent the double support from generating an inductive loop and the heat and disassembly of the mechanism is convenient. The first sensor inlet roller is made of stainless steel. The inter-inductor roller is made of special corundum material to prevent induction heating and increase the service life.

2.4 Heating and heat preservation transmission roller is a flywheel structure, which can reduce the frictional resistance during quick lifting.

3. In order to prevent the workpiece and the transmission parts from being ignited, all the transmission parts are insulated from the ground. The conveyor has a protective cover.

5. A temperature measuring device is arranged at the outlet of the heating section and the outlet of the heat preservation section, and the temperature power closed-loop control is performed by the computer temperature closed loop system .

6. Select PLC and computer system for automatic control. It can store, record and check data such as temperature, power, number of pieces, transmission speed and process parameters.

7. There is an emergency switch at the feeding end and the discharging end to cut off the power supply and mechanical transmission action in case of emergency.

8. Because there is oil on the surface of the workpiece, the first sensor is equipped with a residual oil collection device.
